You found your tribe and you have your leader. Now what? It is time to start showing up.
The hardest lift in so many cases is your rear off the couch. If you joined the right program, you know people are counting on you to be there and you can’t miss your session because your program is not designed to work as well if you miss. In short, you will get up because you have to answer to your peers and your coach.
It is not always going to be easy. Some days will be much harder than others to get motivated. I guarantee you that you will appreciate the hard days you pushed thru and showed up so much more than the easy ones. The easy ones are easy, which is not that memorable. The hard days are the ones where you overcame the old pattern that caused your need for this new pattern. The hard days are the ones you can start to see the new you and appreciate yourself a little bit more.
