Killer B is an MMA training facility for Adults and Children (6 years old and up). MMA stands for Mixed Martial Arts. MMA is a combination of arts that cover striking, takedowns, and submissions that require a high level of fitness, nutrition, and agility. At Killer B we believe one must train in the individual arts before one mixes them up.
Our Youth programs cover striking, takedowns, positioning, and fitness during the course of a training week.
Adult programs are broken down on our schedule:
Striking - Kickboxing
Takedowns - Wrestling (Covered in our Jiu Jitsu program)
Submissions - Jiu Jitsu
Sparring is an option for all levels but not required. We are here to achieve your goals and provide a safe environment to challenge yourself while learning effective skills.
Adults do not have to practice all the arts. What you practice is your choice. Some want to only strike, others just takedowns and submissions, while others want to do a bit of everything. The choice is always yours. Our programs individually or combined, produce high level results.
Killer B is a Nogi academy, meaning we do not wear belts and uniforms. Shorts, shirts, and proper equipment for the discipline being practiced is what we wear. Our community is defined not by titles, belt colors, or ranks. Our community is defined by how well we can achieve results together.
