Before You Come In

Is the trial really free?

Yes. One class, no cost, and nothing to sign. If it is not for you, that is the end of it.

What if I have never trained before?

That is the normal case. Every class has beginners in it, and the coach scales your first session to what you can actually do.

Do I need to be fit first?

No. You get in shape by training, not before it. Waiting until you are fit enough is the most common reason people never start.

What should I bring?

Something you can move in and a water bottle. We have gloves and equipment you can borrow.

Will I have to spar?

No. Not on your first class, and not until you want to and a coach thinks you are ready.
